Well, sorry Riff and Hero, I have nice things to say about BB today...took an open box webcam back today (bought open box), pointed out to them that it didn't work right, got full credit back (but not the BB bucks I used to pay for it...) BUT WAIT, they made up for that unintentionally when I also pointed out to them that the computer I bought last week was now on sale (with a notation in the ad that it didn't apply to previous purchases)...she didn't question it, gave me my $$$ back, should have been $150, she messed up, gave me back the max amount mentioned in the ad, plus tax, so I got back $210...vastly making up for the BB bucks she didn't give back to me for the webcam...very pleased with BB today!

well that's good! there's nothing wrong with them giving you money!

i only complain when they take it from me!
