Big YMMV here but you never know -

The BBY AD for sunday says "Free $30 Gift Card with purchase of Windows XP". Next to it is a photo of XP Pro.. It is vague to say the least.

CompUsa has XP Home Upgrade in the circular for $79.99, with a PM and GC could be $49.99.

Keep in mind the newest version of Windows will be coming out soon so you may see fire-sales again on XP in the upcoming weeks. Part of the attraction people have to these deals is that you may be able to buy the "upgrade" of the new windows and verify it with the "upgrade" of the previous windows.
