| Coupons at Aldi's?
I'm new to Aldi's, but I do notice that the store by my house does carry a handful of brand names. I was wondering if they accept coupons on those items. Does anyone know?

Nope Aldi doesn't accept coupons. Also, they will only take cash or debit.

Here you pay a quarter for a buggy, and bring your own bags ![]() I don't shop there as you can tell.

I wish they did accept coupons I am still able to find good prices there, however even w/o using coupons like butter, milk, eggs, etc. Yes, if you want to use their carts you have to insert a quarter in the slot, but you get it back when you return the cart (so you aren't really paying for it). You can bring your own shopping bags or purchase theirs for either .05/brown bag, or .10 plastic shopping bag. A lot of people just pick up the empty boxes left on the shelves(which are free) to carry their groceries out. I definitely go to Aldi's when I don't have coupons to use at the chain grocery stores.

I love Aldi. Great price on milk and eggs, fast check-out. I don't like their pasta sauce, though (Mama Cozy?). And even though I have to pay cash, it's worth the saving.

I just found out about Aldi. My family liked the Pizza, the bananas, apples etc. I decided to try the grapes --at 79c a pound they were a great price. They are picked and packaged in the US so it eased my mind. They were great. I think for stockpile items like paper towels, toilet paper etc. I do better at other stores with Qs but with milk, eggs, butter, some fruits and veggies, frozen items Aldi is the right choice. They even beat BJS for milk and butter which is whre I have always shopped for those.

Once in a while they will have a coupon in their flyer for $5 off any $25 purchase or something like that- Making it worthwhile to look at their ad each week. |

This week they had bread -- GOOD bread -- comparable to the Arnold's whole-grain frou-frou stuff that retails for $2.69 and up (that I used to buy) -- for FIFTY CENTS a loaf. It must've been getting close to expiration; that's the Aldi's brand that usually is $1.79. I bought 20 and froze almost all of them in our freezer. My family goes through a couple of loaves a week. |

My kids love their frozen pizza. Our Alid's does not allow coupons.
