| replacement
I recently sent Aldi a complaint letter, about the taco seasoning and the Pizzas. The taste of both has changed and the kids do not like it. They responded rapidly and because of the double guarantee, I can take the letter in for my money back and a replacement for both products. I guess that's ok, what would I do with the products? The kids won't eat it. The money back wasn't too bad but I bought a lot of pizzas and taco seasoning. ![]() Thanx for listening.

| Replacement
I would simply return all of it or donate it to a food shelter. Aldi will probably toss it, so donating would probably be the best thing to do.

| do you have to have a receipt...just bought something from the frozen section and it was bad but husband lost the receipt....stuck it in a ziplock and refroze it until i get back to aldi this week..will you still get a replacement and your money back without it?

I would take them back and ask for a replacement item that you could use instead for each item you have. Maybe taco shells or something else in the frozen area that you use? The other option is to donate them or just have a big pizza party for the kid's friends and invite them over to help you eat it. My kids love the frozen pizza there but it's been a month or so since I bought it so not sure if it has changed (the pizza) since then. |
