Do u have to buy 10 items to get them for a dollar a piece on 10 for 10 deals or could I get 2-3 and still only pay 1 dollar? Thx

Absolutely, 10/10 is the same as a dollar each, just a marketing tactic to get the consumer to buy more! (At the majority of retailers anyway- including Albertsons)
