I have looked and can't find anywhere.

Is Albertsons supposed to adjust down the coupon should it exceed the value of product?

At 2 stores, they would not accept my $1/1 tuna q on the .69 tuna stating that if the coupon is more than the product they cannot take it.

I have quite a few tuna q's and am disappointed that I cannot use at their store. Walmart does not have the bumble bee tuna pouches

Any help is appreciated.

my alby's wont adjust down, they wont let me use the coupon. that happened to me last week. I ended up NOT buying anything.....I was mad. I couldnt find anything on here that helped my cause either.

At my albies the register automatically adjusted down to the store price. no extra.

My albies does the same thing...no overage. Which seems completely fair, you are getting a product for free. WalMart won't take the coupon PERIOD if it exceeds their product price, so at least Albies adjusts.

This week with the $3/1 Snuggle they have a snuggle on clearance for $2.99, and they took my $3 coupon, but that was only a penny.
