Pink Together offer starting today, receive $10 on $25 purchase participating GM products.
In Pink highlighted area says: "Minimum purchase requirement excludes manufacturers and store coupons". To me this means if I used $10 in c/o's, would need to buy $35 in products to get the $10, Correct?

That sounds right to me...though I Wonder how it would actually work out at the register.

If this sale works anything like Kroger's Mega sale, the $10 would come off before you even handed over your coupons. So your total would be $15 before you handed them over to the cashier.

I have been having so much fun with this sale! Don't forget that there are Catalinas that print for the Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits and for the Betty Crocker fruit snacks and they are part of the Mega sale.
I make sure that I buy 3 of the pillsbury biscuits, and 5 boxes of the BC fruit snacks as part of the $25.

I have been planning my trips so that I get each of the Catalinas each time I go...$10 for the Mega Sale, $3.50 for the fruit snacks and $2 for pillsbury refrigerated biscuits.

(Of course I am using coupons for each of the items I am buying on top of that)
