I spoke to the Roswell, NM store manager. (I caught him at the end of Awana's at my in-law's church! But I asked if I could ask a work question before I started in with my list! )

1. The ad states "We gladly accept all grocery competitor coupons" with specific stores mentioned. What about Target coupons?

Tom acknowledged that we don't have very many to choose from. Wal-Mart; Farmer's Country market (3 or 4 stores in town) and Lawerence Brother (IGA only one store in Roswell). He said as long as they item is a match, they will honor it. (Yes!! Easier than price matching at Target!)

2. What about Register Rewards from WAGs?

om said any coupon (even catalinas) that have another stores name and are manufacturers coupons can be used. They don't get reimbursed for them.

I don't understand why. Since they won't be reimbursed for taking Target coupons either! But at least I have real answers now.

I know people do it (use Walgreens RR at another store) but I feel weird doing that!!! How would the competitor coupon thing work? I know up here we could use the Smith's coupons that come in the mail there but Wal-mart doesn't really ever do coupons do they? I tried to use an Albertson's store coupon at Wal-mart once for an identical item and they wouldn't accept it. They said they only match in ad items. But this doesn't seem to be what Albertsons is saying. They won't price match, only accept coupons from other stores (stores that don't seem to have coupons). Any other thoughts??

The best deal for me will be Target coupons (available here on AFC). It will be much easier than price matching----and right now we can double the man qs!
