Can some one please tell me where to find the double coupons? Looked everywhere and could not find them?

They'll be in the Sunday paper. Some stores have copies, either at the CI desk or at the checkstands.

Yes, TTV Qs come out for a short period, almost always Sunday through Tuesday. They are in your regional/state paper. Most customer service desks will have a stack available on the counter. Sometimes, they are behind the counter. Feel free to ask for more than one of the flyers as each flyer only has three coupons, and according to their policy, you are allowed to do three consecutive transactions with TTVs (so 9 Qs, or three flyers). I usually get about 10 flyers so that I can do several rounds of consecutive transactions. It's definitely a YMMV on how many they will give you though.

Additionally, my cashiers usually don't require multiple flyers as they will just scan the same flyer for each separate transaction.
