I always tried to use a $1.00/1 MQ when doubles are around but I noticed that a couple days ago on my $0.40/1 MQ they were doubled up to $1.00 and not just $0.40. I wondered why my OOP was a lot lower that my scenario I wrote out. I noticed it this week and looked back on several reciepts and found some were the same way. It's not just one cashier I shop 3-5 Albes in my area???

Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Depends on the cashier. I rarely correct cashiers if it is in my favor it if it is not. It seems insulting to me and I don't want them to dread me coming in their line. I figure the errors balance out both ways.

Mine usually look at all of the coupons, and look at the value of the item. I usually place the double coupons with the coupon I am doubling. I will also point out when the value will exceed the value of the item if the 1.00 coupon is doubled by 1.00. I would not want them to get in trouble. But it does depend on the cashier.
