I just found out tonight that my Albies in Lewisville gives a .05 reusable bag credit! It's for each reusable bag you use. All of mine were from other retailers, also. You might need to mention it in case your cashier doesn't ring it up. I don't know if all stores do it but it's worth checking out!

I think all the ones I've been to do it, but most of the time, I have to remind them!

I always have to remind my cashiers. The last time I shopped, the cashier did each one individually as she used them. Maybe they are cracking down on people who bring in 20 bags and get 2 items!

People really do that? That's really sad that people take advantage of the system that way. It also upsets me b/c if people continue to do that they will have no option but to stop giving the discount. I hope that doesn't happen.

That is the best way to do it...Then the cashiers won't forget to scan and they can't overscan bags

I think that is how Target does it too
