Are expired coupons only for military overseas or can the be used on bases here in the states?

Those that are overseas yes. Here within the US no. They treat them the same as other coupons luckily.

Have expired and clipped coupons to trade or RAOK? Be sure to go to the Trading Post and Auction Block on AFC for all trades. There might be a military patron wanting to trade. Overseas families can use expired coupons.
