The great deal on the Hickory Farms (which is now over), got me to thinking ... we should have a list of places that ship free to APO/FPO military addresses - so that when they have a great sale we can alert each other and clear the inventory!

It will also be nice when we want to send something special for holidays, birthdays, etc. Free shipping really helps to bring the cost down!

Amazon, Target, Tiger Direct, and Best Buy were the best for me and my wife while we were overseas. The worst was Circuit City; I will never spend so much as a penny there again due to their crappy shipping and horrible customer service.

They also have an adopt a soldier program where soldiers register requesting a pre-made care package. My family has adopted one soldier and I know my friends company has also adopted one, but there are so many that are still waiting for help. It's a great program and I'm happy I was able to help someone out.
