Can't see coupon matchups
I'm brand new to the site and I think I'm starting to catch on (a little at a time). I can't see the coupon matchups for the stores that I shop at. Is this because I haven't posted enough? I've seen some links that say "15 posts required to view" blah blah but I haven't read anything that actually explains this policy. Are there different requirement for different allowances on the website? Thanks for your help!
