I signed up back in November, but I'm just NOW getting into the forums. (this is only the second post! shame on me! ). I *think* i've figured out the ISO and FSOT lists, but I was wondering, what else can I do to get the most out of this site? I do understand that there is a TON of information on here, but it is a bit hard to navigate through. I'm a SAHM with three little kids, so time is of major importance to me! . Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi, glad you're here.

You could consider starting by picking a store or two that are convenient for you ... maybe one grocery store and one drug store. Start by saving the coupons and doing the deals ... you'll catch on! Good luck to you!

This is something I'm trying to do. the thing is, there really are only two grocery stores in town (other than like, costco or smart & final) which don't seem to have many sales, and a BUNCH of drug stores that do. If I could only do my grocery shopping at the drug stores and use the ecb's (and similar) for food, I'd be a happy camper!

No reason that you can't buy a lot of groceries there. I haven't bought milk juice eggs or bread at anyplace other than CVS in about 3 years.

You should start at the easiest (most convenient place with the lowest-hanging fruit), and go on from there.

what are your grocery stores? did you check the grocery forum?

SaveMart (don't think it's listed here), Food4Less, CVS, Walgreens, and RiteAid. I've listed them all, and checked the forums and databases.
