hi- i downloaded the coupon printer but when i select the print option for a printable coupon nothing happens- a pop window opens and then nothing.
does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using a PC or Mac? What browser do you use? I've been having a lot of trouble, I'm on a Mac and use Safari. I just updated my computer today and I think that solved my problem.

I was having a similar problem and found out that the coupons could only be added to a ISO list or FSOT list. Or put into some kind of box. I might have been in a different place but they were supposed to be printable coupons....I'm still confused!
