A few things about this site... It's awesome!!! We all love it. I've been a member for 2 months and, as you can see by my numbers, it's addictive!!! I've learned a ton. We give each other thanks when a post helps us. We earn the green dots by getting thanks. Make sure to thank if a post helps. The flower I have under my name will change with the season. Some people have more than 1. They are a combo of our posts, thanks, and thanked. When people talk about bling, they are referring to the little boxes like the one I have that says Shopping List Assistant and some are also referring to the dots and flowers too. There's tons of information on here too. At the top of the page, click on forum, the go the the front door section and browse. Also, toward the bottom of the forum page is couponing forums.

Now, as far as everything else... Give me a list of questions and also check out this link to a post I have on here about doing a binder. You can private message me by clicking my name. HTH

I'm here. 1st read post #8. Next, click on the forums tab at the top of this page. The front door is a good place to explore. There's also a faq page at the bottom of this page. Get a list of questions together and post them here to me. You can't send private messages until you've done 5 posts (anytime you enter a message like this 1 or the one you sent, it counts as 1 post.)

Sorry about the answer not being up on the last q. I did post it, but I'm not sure where it went??? When the moderators/forum leaders need help in a particular forum, they will post it. You can then nnotify them you're interested if you qualify. The rest of what we consider bling is already in the post quoted. HTH

No problem. Tell me a little more... Where do you shop the most? New to couponing or just this site? What questions do you have so far? What do you do with your coupons (you will often see us call the q's or mq -manufacturers coupon)? Meaning, do you clip only what you need or do you clip all of them for good deals? Do you want to stockpile or just cut week to week costs without stockpiling?

I shop at wal-mart, kroger, and target the most. I am new to couponing and this site all this is new. The coupons that I clip are the ones I need and what I think I will use. I do not know what stockpile is so I can not answer that question. All I know is I want to save money and make money if that is possible...

My computer must not have been online the other day b/c I know I replied, but it's not on here. Sorry. Ok, I do not shop at Kroger, but do shop at Walmart and Target. Watch the forums for both of these stores. I am a shopping list assistant for both stores and we are usually pretty good at keeping the list updated. To view the list: go to the tools tab at the top and click shopping list and choose the store or click the forum tab and go to the store then at the top of the stores page, you will see the shopping list. This list shows matches up the available coupons to the sale items in the circulars. If you have a Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS in your area.. PLEASE check those forums too. We get a lot of really good deals at these stores like free shaving gel, free or really cheap cleaning stuff, etc.

A stockpile is where you buy up more than what you need and put it up for future use. This WILL save you A LOT of money in the long run. For example, Walgreens had shaving cream/gel on sale in April (I think). They were $2.99 with a 3 register reward back, which is like getting them for free b/c you can use the rr for something else. I bought my husband and myself each prob. 20 things of it!! We will not need to buy any at regular price this way. You don't have to do it this big of course and a lot of people do even more than me. Just try to buy extra stuff when you find a really good deal. As far as the coupon thing: a lot of us clip them all. For example, I don't use ecotrin, but I use the q's to buy ecotrin when it's on sale at Walgreens. Some of those are $1-2. The sale may be $2 with a $2 rr. So they are giving me $1-2 basically. I then give the ecotrin to my grandmother or my husband's aunt b/c they do use it. It makes me a little bit and saves them. If you think of any other question's, ask away.

As far as a buddy from Michigan... AFC is in the process of overhauling the buddy system. I wanted to help others that hadn't already gotten buddies, so I did this post. I would be more than happy to help you with anything I can. If you only want someone from Michigan, I would suggest starting a new thread with that as the title. Hopefully, someone will see it from your area and post back. HTH.

in trading coupons what is a stamp worth in coupons?
what is concealed cash? I thought it was illegal to sell coupons?
