If you scroll thru pages 1-3 on this thread you will see directions for creating your wishlist and ISO list. I would start there for sure. If you have questions, I can help with that too.

Also a newbie here. Where do I find that newbie train? Also, for instance on Meijer, the shopping list, does it tell you if there is a coupon for things on sale? I am currently enrolled in a site that you pay for and they have all the items listed on sale and has what coupon can be used listed next to it. I'd like to switch to here, to save even more money, but I need a little help. Can you help me??? Thanks!

as far as coupon specific questions and multiple coupon questions as above, please go to forums..and you will find a subject thread for answers to all your questions. I am not part of the afc moderator team and just offering help on my own in creating wishlists, answering general questions, etc.

Every store has different policies. Some stores allow you to combine an "in-store" coupon with a mfr coupon i.e. Fred Meyer, Wags, Albertsons and Safeway do, but WalMart does not.

Every store has a thread on this site. You can go to that store to look at their shopping lists for the week and compare the coupons that are in the database and that you personally have to get the best deals.

There are many, many tools on this site. Just keep playing around in this site and you will learn to use the tools to your advantage.

HELP....not sure what to do first on this site. How do I setup ISO or FSOT lists? Is the FSOT list used when you have extra coupons that you don't need. I am not sure where to start on this site. Any help would be appreciated.

Please help me too. I've been here about a week & still lost here. My neighbor & best friend started couponing about 2 months ago on just what we had coupons for. We started with a little journal book separated into sections with the coupons there. We have since graduated twice and are now up to a 2" binder with tons of great coupons but we know we are not doing all that we can. Both of us are in dire straits with our financial situation & we would be happy if we could do a 50% cut in our grocery prices. However, if we could do much better than that we would diffinitely love to "Pay It Forward" here in small town Tupelo, MS. People here are loosing their livelyhoods & homes at a rate of 25 per day. If we could help anyone of our neighbors see some happiness at this critical time we would really be helping soo many more. Please, is there anyone out here that can help us.

Weee did it, we cut today's receipts in half with our coupon savings. I had $37.73 total savings on a $36.27 receipt @ walmart & $35.73 total savings on a $35.80 receipt @ kroger. My fried did just as good or btr. Loving this!!

This is quite fun infact. To enter the ones that you would like to trade, just look them up in the computer database click on the one that is yours & it will pull up a information card on this coupon. Go to the bottom of the card and find the FSOT(For Sale Or Trade) sign and click it. The next screen will ask for two things: 1. How many do you have? Enter the quantity here. & 2. What are you asking for in return? Tell it what you want or you can just tell it "Trade". Then you are set. You can browse the forums for ISO's (In Search Of) that match what you have.

The most fun thing I have found to do with mine are to find a RAOK (Random Act Of Kindness) going on & jump in. In these you would offer to take a envelope of coupons (envie) that someone is offering & in turn you would offer one up for someone else.

I'm still learning here too, so I will send you a friend request & we can help each other along. This is all great fun & saves everyone here a loads of funds that we were originally just giving away. I love IT.

Hi, I am new to this whole coupon thing....I have a friend that gets stuff for free or cents on the dollar with coupons and I would love to know how it all works. I went to her house the other day and she was practically throwing stuff at me saying she got them for free or they actually gave her money back...

How does it all work? the only coupons I ever see are for 25 cents off something...
