OK, I am searching and searching and cannot figure this one out....
Anyhow, it says I am a 'junior member' which OK thought it had something to do with posts or thank yous or something, but then I noticed someone else who is much newer than I with less of the above and their ranking was different??? Could someone explain the rankings to me?

I tried following the previous post that I saw, but all of the links are blocked-says I do not have access to view them!!!!
