consumer incentive program

Hi
Just starting to be more aggressive with using coupons. Everytime I click on coupon sites such as coupon, com etc I keep getting listing from consumer Incentive Program for $250 free card, certainly if you fulfill obligations , but was not sure if I am obligated to pay anything els if I fill out info, just to get in to print coupons
TIA for any info

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but it sounds like some coupon sites have solicited you to fill out something or to pay them, in order to get the coupons? Many times I have to provide my email address, sometimes street address, and birthday (I use a fake one) to get coupons. I have never had to provide anything else and I certainly would not recommend signing up for anything that will cost you money.

Many legitimate coupon sites are free. Skip anything you don't trust - trust your instincts.

I never join any of the things like that. I am not overly trusting of them.
