I went shopping this morning at Acme and did great. They are having 2 rebate offers right now. So I will be getting back $30 and already got $5 from the register on my next trip.
Only problem is that they both want original sales receipt. I called the store when I got home and the woman said she cant do anything about it just to make a copy. I dont think they will accept that. She told me to call in the morning and talk to the other manager. I am not happy about this at all. I dont normally shop there but did because of the rebates. If I cannot get these rebates I am going to be wayyyy mad. I am going to go in the morning and talk to the manager and see what he says. There has to be a way to print out another receipt. Otherwise they need to give me my rebate money that I wont be getting.
They shouldnt have 2 rebates going at the same time, if you ask me.

They can print out a duplicate or copy of your receipt; by the numbers on it or something; but they had to do that for me one time for a different situation. In fact, now that I think of it, another time, they were looking into a problem for me that had just happened on a register; the Mgr. walked away with my receipt, & then couldn't find it a minute later; so they printed out another one; I don't know how; without the original in front of them; but perhaps because I was the last transaction on that register or something? But anyway, I believe from my previous experience, that they can print out another one for you.

I asked while I was at the register yesterday and they printed me a duplicate copy also.

I had a question about which prices people are going by to arrive at the $25.00 for the Kraft rebate. I initially thought it was the shelf prices, like the Unilever promotion they just had; but then thought if you have to mail in the register receipt with the prices, & it didn't come to anywhere near $25., that it wouldn't be correct; & thus, not get the $20. in the mail.

So then I thought it must be the sale prices? One thing; if it is the sale prices, and you reach the $25. that way; what happens if you use q's after; which would bring it down under the $25.?

I had my lists all mapped out but I think I might have to change them now. I want to do this correctly, ovbiously; to get the money back.

I thought I read on some other posts that people were using the shelf prices; plus q's, & the $5 OYNO & rebate form printed out; so if that is so, then wouldn't it be correct that that is what they are going off of? (Meaning, if the amount wasn't correct or enough, then the form wouldn't print out, correct?)

Well I went back to Acme and they had to ring up everything that I bought to print out another receipt for me. Then they voided it after they gave me the receipt. She said for some reason they couldnt find my info in the computer. But at least I got another receipt.
Also I am assuming (you know what that does) that it goes by the sales price. They ask you to circle the item on the receipt. So I am sure they will not be looking for a coupon on the bottom, just what you circle.
At least that is what I will be doing when I send mine in. We will see what happens.
