I like CVS and getting the CVS ecb immediately. The whole WAGS rebate can be confusing & a hassle. I too have had a time finding products in stock @ WAGS which is never seems to be a problem at CVS.
Last month I did my first WAGS rebate on their web site and received a letter saying "you are not eligible"...I called and the rep said "oh, that was an error you are eligible - you'll get it in the mail..." I'm still waiting on it.
