I found some tearpads at Publix for B2G1 Free Hershey Bliss. They are manufacturer coupons and do NOT say "Redeem at Publix" or "Only at Publix." They do, however, say the word "Publix" on them. Can I use them since they are manufacturer coupons or would these be considered competitor coupons (which my store doesn't take)? Thanks!
