 Shaws - sign up for coupon books
Shaws has a couple different mailings you can sign up for to get coupon booklets in the mail:
Wild harvest - includes coupons for things in the Wild harvest section, and usually Save X/XX Wild harvest purchase: Wild HarvestŪ
Ducklings - includes coupons for baby items and usually has X/XX coupons (like $8/$80 for example) Welcome to Shaw's Supermarkets
