Chunky milk? i use this in baking!  i made some pretty good pancakes with some bad milk!
One thing I did toss recently -- a jar of roasted red peppers that had only been opened in the fridge maybe 2 weeks. I went to use the rest and they were FIZZING. Then I saw the fine print on the jar that said use within 7 days.
