today i used the self check out at the HEB in Universal City and i got a catalina for buy one can of Enfamil Lipil powder formula get 1 free ($13.85 or less)
I have NO idea what triggered it....i bought:

3 pound bag of apples
Kraft caramels (there was a coupon for free bag with the purchase of the 3 pound bag of apples)
Padded mailer envelopes
cookies from the bakery
