If I read the add correctly, the $1 ECB on 2 CVS hand sanitizers only applies to the 8 oz pump ($2.99), 20 count Gel Packs ($2.99), 24 count wipes ($3.99) or 3 pack of pen style sanitizers ($4.99). I believe the $1.19 is on the travel size bottle.
