I'm in southern NJ. My store says they "double coupons up to $.99" but they seem to mean that they will double any coupon with a face value of .99 or less, but the "doubled" total is never more than $1. If I have a .55 MQ they add .45, if I have a .75 MQ they add .25, etc. Any coupon of $1 or more isn't doubled at all.

I thought it was a wierd way to word their policy - I guess it's just YMMV. I am glad they take IPs, though!
