If I have spelled your name wrong above, please PM me as I and your team mates will use it to PM you if you are slacking! The guidelines are as follows:
1. This will be a 6 week challenge,
2 . PM your starting weight to your team captain on Friday, 080808
3 . There will be teams, but only for organization purposes.
4. There will be weekly weigh in’s on Fridays. You need to PM your captain with your ACTUAL weight, not the amount of pounds lost and this must be done no later than Sunday. If you fail to weigh in by Sunday night, your captain will use the previous weeks stats.
5. Weekly results will be posted by each team captain no later than Monday.
6. There is no set “diet plan” for all to follow. There are many plans to follow. Pick which plan suits you best and go from there.
7. Your % of weight lost will be calculated as such: amount of weight lost in lbs divided by original starting weight times 100 = your percentage of weight lost from your starting point
8. The winner(s) will be the team who has lost the most percentage of weight at the end of the 6 weeks. Each person on the winning team would get a goodie envie from someone on the team that has the lowest % of weight lost so that each person on the winning team wins an envie! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! |
