I'm all stressed out, I just went to the library with 2 kids one who screamed the whole time. 1st computer brought up the ES but wouldn't let me scroll down the page or just print page 11 it froze. So I tried 2nd computer and it kept saying it was a trojan virus and than after I said I didn't care it said it was gonna download and it would take 18 minutes!!!!!! I gave up! Left with both kids screaming and crying! I wish I had my printer hooked up at home!
