I don't particularly like the wording that Cub chose for these coupons. Fraud is a very strong word!! They should have just stated that they are no longer accepting these coupons. 3M probably didn't realize that Cub Foods took expireds and did not expect to still have to reimburse the coupons months after the fact.

I heard that most manufactureres do reimburse Cub for the expired coupons. I can see that
3M wouldn't want to honor these coupons because people can print unpteen amount of coupons, but then again they shouldn't have offered the coupon in that format!
