I emailed SF and asked them what their coupon policy was. This was the answer I got:
It is our policy not to accept Internet coupons due to the difficulty in getting reimbursed from the manufacturers as well as the high degree of fraud associated with these instruments.
The policy is under review and may change but for now they are not accepted.
