I have had chronic ear infections my whole life (5 sets of tubes when I was younger - the works) If it is a middle or inner ear infection (it sounds like it may be but not a doc) you need antibotics. I don't recomend any otc drops or home remedies b/c you could end up with a fungel infection in your ear. If you have swelling and pain, some ibuphren might help but I would try and find a clinic or somewhere that has sliding fees cuz you probably need antibotics. Sorry, I know they hurt really bad.
