On the receipt it does state that buy 1 and get $2.99 - maybe it was a misprint in the July ECB book?? I know I'm LOVING this deal now that I have the $2.00 beauty Q!!! I LOVE building my ECB's so that I can buy stuff I just want that aren't attatched to any deal occasionally!! Now if we can just get a $/$$ I'd be in heaven!!!
