so 14 boxes of cvs cotton swabs at 2/$3=$21- $28 ($2 Q from reinventing beauty)= -$7 (OOP) + the -$5 (ECB on spend 20 get 5 ECB)= -$12 OOP

hmmm, wonder if they'll have 14 boxes, LOL
