I found this site listing the coupon sked from last year: 2007 Coupon Insert Schedule - Grocery Coupon Guide
It says the August came out in the Aug. 5 paper. Maybe your newspaper inserted them early since they do get the ads earlier than when they are inserted. 2008 Coupon Insert Schedule - Grocery Coupon Guide
This says the P&G is possibly coming out July 6, so I guess we can only hope.
