Okay, I know this was posted somewhere on here, but this is an update and I just called and it works great, so I want to post where everyone can see it.

This was posted on another site so I called my doctor to ask about it and confirm that it is a real offer. The nurse told me they DO have these coupons at there office. You can get this coupon at your doctors office and this is what it says:

When you call they will ask you for the EXPIRATION DATE ON THE COUPON. That is the only info off the coupon they needed when I called. I guess to verify you know what you're talking about. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about at first, then asked what the date was on the coupon and as soon as I told her she said "okay! what kind would you like? We'll send you out a case right away! It should arrive in 10 days or so!". I was so excited because the last time I saw this post and called they had no idea what I was talking about! Know what kind you want when you call and be ready to answer a few questions about where your baby was born, how old they are, your name and addy and if this is your first baby. This might only work if you have a newborn, but I got it for my BF's new baby that she'll be having soon.

Anyway, I hope someone else gets this free case of formula!
