you can also try using creamrinse in your hair.......when you get done shampooing apply an ample amount of rinse to hair and come it out with a medal fine tooth comb, this will have to be done at least once a week....it not only helps to get rid of the lice but help's keep hair manageable....especialy if you have long and or curly hair.
