Perhaps the check fell out or they forgot to put it in the envelope, because my check, which was hand-written, was loose and was not attached to the letter that said thanks for buying our product. Maybe it was just a simple mistake and you should try contacting them. I think I have a no. somewhere for them if you want to PM me for it.
