i do know that at least for the WAG rebates, etc., they will accept a printout from the store's computer of your transaction (the mgr can get this for you from the office PC)
you can send this in for the ESR's and use your original for any other MIR you have....
now if you're trying to get multiple rebates on one item, that's another story =)

also, i was always told that the registers allow for a gift receipt to be printed, but that they only activate that function during the holiday/busy season
