SmartSource....arghhh !! 
I'm with all of you.
I've e-mailed SS over 6x's. I haven't gotten a single reply.  I try every once in a while to go back, cross my fingers & try to print...but no luck.
It always says my default printer isn't on.....which I know for certain it is.
It's very, very frustrating because there is alot of awesome cupons I would love to print out.
I sure hope the co. truly does something to resolve all of our issues.
