Well don't have any great ideas on where to go, but one to help you save money once you decide on your destination. ..VRBOŽ is Vacation Rentals by OwnerŽ Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner it is condo rentals by owners. We have rented from them for 6 years (different condos, different locations) and have never ever been disappointed or scammed.
These are the same buildings that rental companies often have condos located in, but are often cheaper due to the owner managing them instead of a company.
