DH found it!! YAY!!
He bought 5 colgate, 2 lip balm, 5 diet cokes...spent 4-$1/1 & 1-$1.50/1 TP Q's, $17.49 in ECB, paid $6.xx OOP and got $20 (x2-10's) back in ECB's. 
PS. Sorry, just noticed I posted this in the wrong thread. He bought the other lip balm that's not on clearance.
