I have used WW successfully as well.
I've actually been counting points for a few months and lost about 20-25 lbs so far. Lately what I've been doing is cutting out all processed stuff including white flour and refined sugar. I'm eating a lot more whole grains, fruits and vegetables and I'm finding it way easier to stick to my points. As in when its time to stop I'm going to have trouble increasing my points. I think when I get to that point I'll eat more fat since its got more calories.
