I found some of these tonight - but wasn't sure how much the lysol cost.
You can usually buy an odd number of items when they give an X for $X. Unless it says something like 2 for $4 or $2.59 each.
So if they lysol is 2 for $4 - You should be able to buy 5 for $10 - use 5 $1 coupons - and get them free (when the coupons double)
