The coupons you selected did not print
Coupons may not print because the maximum allowed prints may have been reached
between the time the coupon was presented to you and the time you tried to print the coupon.

I haven't printed them before however. I have tried both Firefox & Safari.
Edited to add it won't let me print from RP either, saying my browser is not supported, though I do have the correct browsers.
SS prints fine for me. | I am not sure if it is because you printed it before, but here is a trick that I tried for the Target coupon and worked for me.
When you go to Target to print and it asks to install the printer -- Save the file to your local drive.
After the download is complete, I think it is named as "CouponActivator.exe".
Right click on the file that that was saved, and click on Properties.
On the new screen that shows up, click on the Compatability tab.
The first check box reads as "Run this program in compatability mode for:", check that box and leave whatever is in the dropdown as is.
Click apply and then OK.
Now double click or run and install the printer.
