So correct me if I'm wrong, but there were 4 products bought. 2 of which were free with the BOGO. That leaves 2 products which the $3/2 coupon was used for.
I think it would only be double dipping if you attempted to use a BOGO and a $ off coupon on the same item.
So if she had attempted to only buy 2 items, used the BOGO & tried to used the $3/2. Then on one of the items, she would be using two coupons. | I was told the bogo coupon attaches to both items
