From what I've seen, they have pre-formed ground beef patties, cubed steak of some sort, and other steaks (I saw a New York Strip I think). I purchased the burger patties and again, grass fed beef is superb and this meat was no different.
I don't know if it will go on sale or anything anytime soon...I think when I purchased it it was $6.99 a pound...But it's worth it to me having the grass fed AND finished meat. | Cool! I'll have to check my fancier store.
