The reason it didn't roll for me yesterday hit me late last night. The cashier didn't scan my filler! I re-played it in my mind and it all made sense. She scanned the Kotex..scanned the $2/1 q and THEN she scanned the $3RR. When it didn't work, she told me you couldn't use a Kimberly Clark RR towards another KC item and though the sane me knew I've done that many times with other items, I had my 3 small kids with me and felt frazzled (the 2 boys were acting rowdy and the baby had snot bubbles. Frazzled  ). Then the manager came up and said no, it couldn't be done. So, whatever. AND THEN she said "do you stll want this candy?" and scanned it! I can't believe I didn't realize it at that moment...but had she scanned the $33RR AFTER the candy, it totally would have worked! Gosh darn it! Well, you'd better believe I'll be one of the first ones in the store this morning after I drop my kids off at school to buy all of those wonderful items I intended to get yesterday!   |
