I have found that all I have to do at well baby check ups (or even at sick visits) is ask for formula and they give it to you. No certificates needed on my end. They get so many reps giving the stuff to them that sometimes they just want to get rid of it so they don't have to store it...so, whenever you are there, ASK..you might be suprised what they will give you  |
